As you may know the MAP2013 photography festival takes place in Toulouse, France and this year, Instagramers.com will represent one of the most recent trend of photography, Instagram. Last year best pics were exhibited at Toulouse Train Station. This year the winner will be exhibited in Toulouse during next Photo Festival in September.

From the 15 february 2013 to the 30 march 2013 MAP Toulouse and Instagramers launch the contest “Journal d’un instant” / «Instant Diary» .

Thematic : Instant diary . You can submit pictures in Black and white, colour, inside, outside… catch a moment of life that shocked you, moved you, excited you. All this made by your smartphone and accompanied by a legend.

Call for competition « Journal d’un instant » MAP Toulouse 2013 and Instagramers
.
1rst article : Organization and dates of the call for competition
The call for competition “Journal d’un instant” is organized in association with the websites Instagramers.com, instagramersfrance.fr and his network of fans as a media partnership, the association “Les Passeurs d’Images” registered under the number 790 020 366 00015, whose head office is situated 5 place Wilson 31 000 Toulouse. The present regulation defines the applicable rules for this competition.

Article 2 : Progress of the operation
The key dates of the contest are the following (French dates and hours): from February, 15th 2013 to March, 30th 2013.
.
1) Deposit of the works
Only pictures sent by post as from February, 15th 2013 to March, 30th 2013, at 12:00 am include, will be taken into account for the participation in the call for competition.
Any application sent after this date and time will not be taken into account by the organizers.
2) Date for the jury
Except if there is a major case, the Jury for the contest will take place between the 3 April and the 6 April 2013.
3) Date of publication of the results of the Jury
Except if there is a major case, the publication of the results on the websites www.map-photo.fr, instagramersfrance.fr and instagramers.com will take place the 15 April 2013.
The jury will choose one picture per participant.

Article 3 : Participants
The call for competition is accessible for every physical person over 18, who is living in metropolitan France and abroad, here after named “the Participant”.
Each Participant can compete freely on the thematic, during the whole call for competition period (with the same written or mail address and the same surname).
Are excluded from any participation in the contest : the members of staff from “Les Passeurs d’Images”, the Community managers from @igers Toulouse (called manigers), their advisors and their family.
The Participants assure that the proposed works are original, unprecedented (it is forbidden to copy a work), and that they are only holders of exploitation rights attached to these works. As such, the Participants make their business of the authorizations of any third parties having directly or indirectly participated in its realization and/or who would esteem to have any right to assert towards him and would assume the load of all the possible payments which result. A proof can be asked. The Participants give up to the Organizers the exclusivity of their exploitation rights on the works during the duration of the competition and till the end of the festival MAP Toulouse in 2013, for the only promotion of the exhibition (program, web site, social networks). In a general way, the Participants guarantee the Organizers of the present competition against any appeals, actions or complaints that any third parties could form, on the occasion of the exercise of the rights given up to the present and more generally in conformance with all the guarantees and the commitments made in conformance with the present agreement.
“Les Passeurs d’Images” reserves the right to proceed to any check for the application of the present article. In any case, by joining the call for competition, the Participant commits to the fact that the contents of work respect all the legislations in force and more particularly : – Respect the law and order and isn’t opposite in good customs – Respect the intellectual property rights of thirds – Do not strike a blow to the reputation, private life and image of thirds. – Do not contain denigrating or slanderous comments – Do not present pedophile character – Do not strike the sensibility of minors – Do not present pornographic character – Do not strike a blow at the safety or integrity of a State or a territory
– Do not incite to discrimination which is based on the sex, the religion, the nationality, the incapacity, the sexual orientation, the age or the political beliefs – Do not incite to the crime, to the hatred, to the violence, to the suicide and to the racism – Do not incite to commit a crime, an offence or a terrorist act This list is not exhaustive. Concerning the contents of the photography, some advices to be followed and which are not exhaustive : – Pay attention to the reproduction of historical or recent buildings, being able to give the right to the grip of copyright – Do not reproduce street furniture which can be burnered by rights of third – Do not represent objects of styling (clothes, furnitures, objects) which are marked. – Any representation of alcohol or tobacco brands or situation of consumption is forbidden. Any registration and participation made with information or coordinates which are incomplete, erroneous, imitated or realized in violation of the present regulation will be considered as nothing by the organizer and will not allow to obtain one or several endowments without the engagement of the organizer’s responsibility. Any false statement of a Participant will pull its exclusion from the competition without the responsibility of “Les Passeurs d’Images”.

Article 4 : Modes of participation
The participation in this call to competition is free. To be able to participate in this call to competition the Participant owes successively : – Acquaint with the regulation on MAP Toulouse’s site, instagramersfrance.fr, and instagramers.com Respect the theme : – “Journal d’un instant” – Capture a moment of life which affected you. – Realize the photography with a Smartphone according to the criteria of size specified below : 1- Capture your image “Journal d’un instant” and create a unique Instagram post with the obligatory hashtag #igerstoulouse_instadiary2013 and a text of presentation.
2- Send it to the address igersmap@gmail.com directly since the application Instagram (function “send by e-mail”). 3- Take advantage of it to share it on your Twitter, flickr or tumblr to make known the competition and increase your visibility. From all the images received and exposed on Instagram the Jury will choose one which will be held to be part of the prize winners from the collective call to competition. For the prize winners : Send (at the e-mail address indicated above) the image registered in the film of the Smartphone, either at least on 1200 x 1200 px or in superior and sufficient quality to be printed in medium and in large format (between 30×30 cm until approximately 2,00 m x 1,20 m) with a resolution of 300 dpi. – Supply a text of presentation of the photographic project – Inform the organizers of its NAME, First NAME, AGE, e-mail and Instagram pen name. – Obligatory title of the e-mail : APPEL A CONCOUR/INSTADIARY MAP/Toulouse 2013 E-mail address : Specify the igers e-mail address to which the candidates can send files: igersmap@gmail.com
Any incomplete or erroneous participation will be rejected, without the responsibility of “Les Passeurs d’Images”.

Article 5 : Nomination of the winners and attribution of the earnings
.
The jury, made up of professionals of the photography, the phonéographie, will indicate the prize winners.
The organizing companies guarantee to the Participant the impartiality, the good faith and the loyalty of the members of the jury.
In accordance with custom, the jury can push aside any image if he considers that it is not artistically adequate.
The jury which gets organized as he understands within his works, will rule supremely, no appeal against its decisions can be admitted.
The decisions of the jury will be established mainly on the following criteria :
– The coherence of the approach compared with the theme
– The relevance of the photo compared with the subject of the competition
– The quality of the photos : framing, originality, treatment of the light, aesthetics
The prize winners will be informed by e-mail by IGERS Toulouse, and also published on the feed Instagram from the group IgersToulouse. If the information communicated by the participant doesn’t enable to inform him about his earnings, he will lose his winner quality and can make no complaint.
The earnings can give rise to no contesting, neither to the delivery of its silver exchange value nor in any form, nor to its replacement or exchange whatever the reason.
If the prize winners are unable to benefit, in whole or in part from their earnings, whatever the reason, they will lose the profit without possibility of obtaining any compensation. It will then be proceeded to a new selection by the jury among the artists.
The Participants give up to the organizers the exclusivity of their exploitation rights on the works till the end of the festival MAP Toulouse in 2013 to make the promotion of the exhibition. Any other use can be made with the photos.

Article 6 : Earnings
.
The prize winner will be exposed in the city of Toulouse from September the 1st to Septembre, 30th 2013 within the framework of the Festival of photography MAP Toulouse 2013.
The photography will be published on the website of the festival www.map-photo.fr during the whole festival.
The prize winner can get back his image at the end of the last day of the Festival 2013, from September the 30th until October the 31st by addressing the laboratory PICTO by mail via PICTO Toulouse’s site. The expenses of sending are chargeable to the prize winner. Beyond this deadline the print if it is realized on cover and if it is unclaimed by the prize winner, will be offered to the association La Grainerie to be recycled according to their protocol of valuation of plastics and PVC.
The endowments are neither heritable nor exchangeable.
The organizer saves himself the possibility of replacing the endowments announced by equivalent endowments.

Article 7 : Publication of the results
.
The identities of the “prize winners” of the competition will be published on the websites www.map-photo.fr www.instagramersfrance.fr and www.instagramers.com as well as on the feed Instagram of the group IgersToulouse.

Article 8 : Force majeure
In case of force majeure “Les Passeurs d’Images” reserves the right to modify the present regulation, to put back or to cancel the contest. His responsibility could not be committed because of these modifications.

Article 9 : Responsibility
We remind you that internet is not a secure network. “Les Passeurs d’Images” could not be considerated as in charge of the contamination by possible viruses or by the intrusion of a third party in the system of the terminal of the participants from the competition and declines all the responsibility as for the consequences of the connection of the participants to the network via the website of www.map-photo.fr. “Les Passeurs d’Images” relieves of any responsibility in case of dysfunction of their internet network, in particular when it’s caused by acts of external hostility which would prevent the good progress of the call for projects. More particularly “Les Passeurs d’Images” can’t be responsible for any damage caused to the participants, to their computing equipment and to the data stocked there, as well as the influence on their personal or professional activity. Besides, their responsibility can’t be held in case of problems of routing or loss of e-mail. “Les Passeurs d’Images” will not be responsible if one or several participants could not succeed in connecting in the website www.map-photo.fr or to participate in it because of any problem or technical defect caused by the congestion of the network. Besides, the responsibility of “Les Passeurs d’Images” can’t be taken into account in case of technical problems related to the diverse platforms. “Les Passeurs d’Images” saves itself the possibility, at any time, in particular for technical reasons, of update and maintenance, for interrupting the access to the site www.map-photo.fr and to the game which it contains. Finally, the association “Les Passeurs d’Images” declines all responsibility in case of an incident which could arise on the occasion of the use or of the enjoyment of the earnings. “Les Passeurs d’Images” could not be responsible for any robbery or loss which happens during the delivery. Any inaccurate or deceitful statement, any fraud will lead to the disqualification of the user. It will be answered no phone or written demand concerning the interpretation or the application of the present regulation, the mechanisms or the methods of the call for projects as well as on the list of the winners. Finally, the association “Les Passeurs d’Images” can’t be responsible for the fraudulent use of the rights of connection or of allocation of prizes of a participant, except for demonstrating the existence of a serious offence on behalf on the association “Les Passeurs d’Images”.

Article 10 : Regulation
The participation in this competition involves the pure and simple acceptance of the present regulation in its entirety including, according to their intervention, its possible amendments and its additives. All the practical difficulties of interpretation or application of the present regulation will be supremely cut by the Organizer. The regulation can be consulted on the web site of the festival MAP Toulouse and instagramersfrance.fr and a copy of the present regulation will be sent free of charge to every person who will make a written request for it to Festival MAP Toulouse (mail or e-mail), and it until the date of the publication of the result of the competition.

Article 11 : Personal data The collected data are the target of an IT processing.
They are used by “Les Passeurs d’Images” for the management of the account of the participant and for any operation of direct marketing, whatever the media, realized by “Les Passeurs d’Images” to inform about offers and services. “Les Passeurs d’Images” besides reserves the right, unless otherwise specified of the participant, to exploit and to communicate information to third parties, in particular to offices of market study and polling organizations and it exclusively in purposes of study and analysis, or to companies within the framework of joint commercial transactions or not, in particular for operations of direct marketing. According to the data protection acts of January 6th, 1978 modified by the law of August 6th 2004, the participant has an access right as well as a right of further information, rectification and, if necessary, opposition to the data concerning him. He can oppose at any time to their communication to third parties. Any request of access, rectification or opposition must be sent to the following address : Les Passeurs d’Images – 5 Place Wilson – 31 000 Toulouse.

Article 12 : Litigation The present competition is subjected to the French law.

REGLEMENT « Appel à concours « Journal d’un instant » MAP Toulouse 2013 et Instagramers»
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION ET DATES DE L’APPEL A CONCOURS
L’appel à concours « Journal d’un instant » est organisé, en collaboration avec les sites Instagramers.com, instagramersfrance.fr et son réseau de fans Instagramers comme partenaire média, l’association Les Passeurs d’Images immatriculée sous le numéro d’identification 790 020 366 00015, dont le siège social est situé 5, Place Wilson, 31000 Toulouse.
Le présent règlement définit les règles applicables pour ce concours.
ARTICLE 2 : DEROULEMENT DE L’OPERATION
Les dates clés du concours sont les suivantes (date et heure française de connexion faisant foi) : Du 15 février 2012 au 30 mars 2013.
1/ Dépôts des œuvres
Seules les images envoyées par courriel à compter du 15 février 2013 jusqu’au 30 mars 2013, à 12h00 inclus, seront prises en compte pour la participation à l’appel à concours. Toute participation envoyée après cette daRte et cet horaire ne sera pas prise en compte par les Organisateurs.
2/ Date du jury Sauf en cas de force majeure, le Jury pour ce Concours aura lieu entre le 3 avril et le 6 avril
2013.
3/ Date de publication des résultats du jury Sauf en cas de force majeur, la publication des résultats sur le site www.map-photo.fr,
instagramersfrance.fr et instagramers.com aura lieu le 15 avril 2013.
Le jury choisira une image par participant.
ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPANTS
L’appel à concours est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure, résidant en France métropolitaine et à l’étranger, ci-après dénommé « le Participant ».
Chaque participant pourra concourir librement sur la thématique pendant toute la durée de l’appel à concours (même adresse postale ou adresse de courrier électronique et même nom de famille).Sont exclus de toute participation au concours les membres du personnel de Les Passeurs D’images, les Community managers de @igersToulouse (appelés manigers), leurs conseils, ainsi que les membres de leur famille.
Les Participants garantissent que les œuvres proposées sont originales, inédites (interdiction de reproduire une œuvre existante) et qu’ils sont seuls détenteurs des droits d’exploitation attachés à ces œuvres. A ce titre, les Participants font leur affaire des autorisations de tous tiers ayant directement ou indirectement participé à sa réalisation et/ou qui estimeraient avoir un droit quelconque à faire valoir à son égard et assumeraient la charge de tous les éventuels paiements en découlant. Un justificatif pourra être demandé.
Les Participants cèdent aux Organisateurs l’exclusivité de leurs droits d’exploitation sur les œuvres pendant la durée du concours et jusqu’à la fin du festival MAP Toulouse en 2013 pour la seule promotion de l’exposition (programme, site internet, réseaux sociaux)
De façon générale, les Participants garantissent les Organisateurs du présent concours contre tous recours, actions ou réclamations que pourraient former, à un titre quelconque, tous tiers, à l’occasion de l’exercice des droits cédés aux présentes et plus généralement au titre de toutes les garanties et engagements pris au titre du présent accord.
Les Passeurs d’Images se réserve le droit de procéder à toute vérification pour l’application du présent article.
En tout état de cause, en s’inscrivant à l’appel à projets, le Participant s’engage à ce que le contenu de son/ oeuvre respecte l’ensemble des législations en vigueur et plus particulièrement :
– Respecte l’ordre public et ne soit pas contraire aux bonnes mœurs ; – Respecte les droits de propriété intellectuelle des tiers ; – Ne porte pas atteinte à la réputation, à la vie privée et à l’image de tiers; – Ne contient pas de propos dénigrants ou diffamatoires ; – Ne présente pas de caractère pédophile ; – Ne heurte pas la sensibilité des mineurs ; – Ne présente pas de caractère pornographique ; – Ne porte pas atteinte à la sécurité ou à l’intégrité d’un Etat ou d’un territoire ; – N’incite pas à la discrimination qu’elle soit basée sur le sexe, la religion, la
nationalité, l’invalidité, l’orientation sexuelle, l’âge ou les opinions politiques ; – N’incite pas au crime, à la haine, à la violence, au suicide et au racisme. – N’incite pas à commettre un crime, un délit ou un acte de terrorisme ;
Cette liste n’étant pas exhaustive.
Par rapport au contenu de la Photographie, quelques conseils à suivre qui ne sont pas exhaustifs :

Attention à la reproduction d’immeubles (historiques ou récents), pouvant donner droit à la prise de droits d’auteur notamment;
Ne pas reproduire de mobilier urbain pouvant être grevé de droits de tiers; Ne pas représenter des objets de stylisme (vêtements, meubles, objets) Marqués.
Toute représentation de marque d’alcool ou de tabac ou de situation de consommation est interdite.
Toute inscription et participation effectuées avec des informations ou coordonnées incomplètes, erronées ou contrefaites ou réalisées en violation du présent Règlement sera considérée comme nulle par l’Organisateur et ne permettront pas d’obtenir la ou les dotation(s) sans que la responsabilité de l’Organisateur puisse être engagée.
Toute déclaration mensongère d’un Participant entraînera son exclusion du concours sans que la responsabilité de Les Passeurs d’Images puisse être engagée.
ARTICLE 4 – MODALITES DE PARTICIPATION
La participation à cet appel à concours est gratuite.
Pour pouvoir participer à cet appel à concours, le Participant doit successivement : – Prendre connaissance du règlement sur les sites de MAP Toulouse , instagramersfrance.fr et instagramers.com
Respecter le thème :
– Journal d’un instant – capturer un instant de vie en général qui vous a touché. – Réaliser la photographie avec un Smartphone selon les critères de format précisés ci- dessous
1- Capturez votre image « journal de l’instant » et créez un post Instagram unique avec le hastag obligatoire #igerstoulouse_instadiary2013 et un texte de présentation.
2- Envoyez-le à l’adresse igersmap@gmail.com directement depuis l’application Instagram (fonction « envoyer par courrier électronique »)
3- Profitez-en pour partager sur vos comptes twitter, flickr ou tumblr afin de faire connaître le concours et augmenter votre visibilité.
Sur l’ensemble des images reçues et exposées sur instagram le jury choisira une image qui sera retenue pour faire partie des lauréats de l’appel à concours collectif.
Pour les lauréats : Envoyer (à l’adresse mail indiquée ci-dessus) l’image enregistrée dans la pellicule du smartphone – soit au minimum 1200 x 1200 px soit en qualité supérieure et suffisante pour être imprimées en moyen et en grand format (entre 30×30 cm jusqu’à environ 2,00 m x 1,20 m), avec une résolution de 300dpi
– Fournir un texte de présentation du projet photographique – Renseigner les organisateurs de son NOM, PRENOM, AGE, courriel et pseudo instagram – Intitulé du mail obligatoire : APPEL A CONCOURS / INSTADIARY MAP / Toulouse 2013

ARTICLE 5 – DESIGNATION DES GAGNANTS (lauréats) ET ATTRIBUTION DU GAIN
Le jury, composé de professionnels de la photographie, de la phonéographie, désignera les lauréats.
Les Sociétés organisatrices garantissent au Participant l’impartialité, la bonne foi, et la loyauté des membres du jury.
Conformément aux usages, le jury pourra écarter toute Image s’il estime qu’elle n’est pas artistiquement adéquate.
Le jury qui s’organise comme il l’entend dans le cadre de ses travaux, statuera souverainement, aucun recours contre ses décisions ne pourra être admis.
Les décisions du jury s’établiront principalement sur les critères suivants : – La cohérence de la démarche par rapport au thème – La pertinence de la photo par rapport au sujet du concours – La qualité des photos : cadrage, originalité, traitement de la lumière, esthétique…
Les « lauréats » seront informés par e-mail par IGERS Toulouse, et egalement publiés sur le feed Instagram du groupe IgersToulouse. Si les informations communiquées par le participant ne permettent pas de l’informer de son gain, il perdra la qualité de gagnant et ne pourra effectuer aucune réclamation.
Le gain ne peut donner lieu à aucune contestation d’aucune sorte, ni à la remise de sa contre-valeur en argent ni sous quelque forme que ce soit, ni à son remplacement ou échange pour quelque cause que ce soit.
Dans le cas où les « lauréats» seraient dans l’impossibilité de bénéficier, en tout ou partie, de leur gain, pour quelque raison que ce soit, ils en perdront le bénéfice, sans possibilité d’obtenir une quelconque contrepartie. Il sera alors procédé à une nouvelle sélection par le jury parmi les artistes.
Les Participants cèdent aux Organisateurs l’exclusivité de leurs droits d’exploitation sur les œuvres jusqu’à la fin du festival MAP Toulouse en 2013 afin de faire la promotion de l’exposition. Aucune autre utilisation ne saurait être faire avec les photos.
ARTICLE 6 – GAIN
Le lauréat sera exposé dans la ville de Toulouse du 1er au 31 septembre 2013 dans le cadre du Festival de la photographie MAP Toulouse 2013.
La photographie sera publiée sur le site du festival www.map-photo.fr pendant toute la durée du festival.
Le lauréat pourra récupérer son image (exposée) à l’issue du dernier jour du Festival 2013 soit du 30 septembre 2013 jusqu’au 31 octobre 2013 en s’adressant au laboratoire PICTO Toulouse par courrier ou par mail via le site de PICTO Toulouse. Les frais d’envoi sont à la charge du lauréat. Au delà de ce délai, le tirage s’il est réalisé sur bâche et s’il est non réclamé par le lauréat sera offert à l’association La Grainerie pour être recyclé selon leur protocole de valorisation des matières plastiques et PVC.
Les dotations ne sont ni transmissibles, ni échangeables.
L’organisateur se réserve la possibilité de remplacer les dotations annoncées par des dotations équivalentes.
ARTICLE 7 – PUBLICATION DES RESULTATS
Les identités des « lauréats » du Concours seront publiées sur le site www.map-photo.fr www.instagramersfrance.fr et www.instagramers.com, ainsi que sur le feed Instagram du groupe IgersToulouse.
ARTICLE 8 – FORCE MAJEURE
En cas de force majeure Les Passeurs d’images se réserve le droit de modifier le présent règlement, de reporter ou d’annuler le concours. Sa responsabilité ne saurait être engagée du fait de ces modifications.
ARTICLE 9 – RESPONSABILITE
Il est expressément rappelé que l’Internet n’est pas un réseau sécurisé. Les Passeurs d’Images ne saurait donc être tenu pour responsable de la contamination par d’éventuels virus ou de l’intrusion d’un tiers dans le système du terminal des participants au Concours et décline toute responsabilité quant aux conséquences de la connexion des participants au réseau via le site internet de www.map-photo.fr. Les Passeurs d’Images se dégage de toute responsabilité en cas de dysfonctionnement de leur réseau Internet, notamment dus à des actes de malveillance externe, qui empêcheraient le bon déroulement de l’appel à projets. Plus particulièrement, Les Passeurs d’Imagesne saurait être tenu pour responsable d’un quelconque dommage causé aux participants, à leurs équipements informatiques et aux données qui y sont stockées, ainsi que des conséquences pouvant en découler sur leur activité personnelle ou professionnelle. En outre, leur responsabilité ne pourra en aucun cas être retenue en cas de problèmes d’acheminement ou de perte de courrier électronique. Les Passeurs d’Imagesne saurait davantage être tenu pour responsable au cas où un ou plusieurs
participants ne pourraient parvenir à se connecter au site www.map-photo.fr ou à y participer du fait de tout problème ou défaut technique lié notamment à l’encombrement du réseau. En outre, la responsabilité de l’association Les Passeurs d’Images ne pourra en aucun cas être retenue en cas de problèmes techniques liés aux diverses plateformes. Les Passeurs d’Images se réserve la possibilité, à tout moment, et notamment pour des raisons techniques, de mise à jour et de maintenance, d’interrompre l’accès au site www.map- photo.fr et au Jeu qu’il contient. Enfin, l’association Les Passeurs d’Images décline toute responsabilité en cas d’incident qui pourrait survenir à l’occasion de l’utilisation ou de la jouissance du gain. Les Passeurs d’Images ne saurait être tenu pour responsable de tout vol et perte intervenus lors de la livraison. Toute déclaration inexacte ou mensongère, toute fraude entraînera la disqualification de l’Utilisateur. Il ne sera répondu à aucune demande téléphonique ou écrite concernant l’interprétation ou l’application du présent règlement, les mécanismes ou les modalités de l’appel à projets ainsi que sur la liste des gagnants. Enfin, l’association Les Passeurs d’Imagesne pourra être tenu pour responsable de l’utilisation frauduleuse des droits de connexion ou d’attribution de lots d’un participant, sauf à démontrer l’existence d’une faute lourde de la part de l’association Les Passeurs d’Images.
ARTICLE 10 – REGLEMENT
Le fait de participer à ce concours implique l’acceptation pure et simple du présent règlement dans son intégralité y compris, au fur et à mesure de leur intervention, ses avenants éventuels et ses additifs. Toutes les difficultés pratiques d’interprétation ou d’application du présent règlement seront tranchées souverainement par l’Organisateur. Le règlement peut être consulté sur le site Internet du festival MAP Toulouse et instagramersfrance.fr et une copie du présent règlement sera adressée gratuitement à toute personne qui en fera la demande écrite à Festival MAP Toulouse (courrier ou courriel), et ce jusqu’à la date de la publication du résultat du Concours.
ARTICLE 11 – DONNEES A CARACTERE PERSONNEL
Les données collectées font l’objet d’un traitement informatique. Elles sont utilisées par Les Passeurs d’Imagespour la gestion du compte du participant et, le cas échéant, pour toute opération de marketing direct, quel que soit le média utilisé, réalisée par Les Passeurs d’Imagespour informer des offres et services. Les Passeurs d’Images se réserve par ailleurs le droit, sauf avis contraire du participant, d’exploiter et de communiquer les dites informations à des tiers, notamment à des cabinets d’étude de marché et instituts de sondage et ce exclusivement à des fins d’étude et d’analyse, ou à des sociétés dans le cadre d’opérations commerciales conjointes ou non, notamment pour des opérations de marketing direct. Conformément à la loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée par la loi du 6 août 2004, le participant dispose d’un droit d’accès ainsi que d’un droit d’information complémentaire, de rectification et, le cas échéant, d’opposition sur les données le concernant. Il peut s’opposer à tout moment à leur communication à des tiers. ARTICLE 12 – LITIGES Le présent Concours est soumis à la Loi Française.
