Sony Mobile is partnering with fashion stylist and blogger The Glamourai (@TheGlamourai on Instagram) , photographer Theron Humphrey, (@ThisWildIdea) softball gold medallist Jennie Finch (@JFinch27 ) and Sony/RED artists Freelance Whales (@FreelanceWhalesagram) to bring U.S. and Canadian fans the Xperia Photo Jam Instagram contest.
Each week, one of them will issue a photo challenge for participants and each week the entrant whose photo submission receives the most votes will win an Xperia ion, Sony’s first 4G LTE smartphone available exclusively on AT&T, to take high quality photos with its 12MP camera, an Xperia Smart Dock for the Xperia ion to make it into a hub for home entertainment, as well as Xperia SmartTags.
One lucky grand prize winner will be selected to win $1,000 and an all-expense-paid trip for two to see Maroon 5 live in New York City.

1. Visit the “Xperia Photo Jam Jam” tab on the Sony Mobile U.S. and Canada Facebook fan pages to register.
2. Take a great photo and upload it to your Instagram feed
3. Hashtag your photo with #XperiaPhotoJam
4. Vote for your favorite photo submissions each week.
5. Share the fun with friends on your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages!

The Xperia Photo Jam Facebook contest debuts today, September 13th, 2012.
Additional weekly contests will kick off on the following dates: September 21st, September 28th and October 5th, 2012.
