Instagram launched last week the Public Profiles on the Web and it seems IG team is focusing now on a computer use of the app. The new release are the Instagram Badges that will allow you to promote your Instagram account on your blog or web.
You can add them to your personal blog, or brand website for companies, or campaign promotions to direct new followers to your Instagram web profile and encourage others to discover, follow and engage with your Instagram content.
Instagram badges are available in a range of sizes and can be easily added to your website.

Basically, there are two ways to access Instagram badges:

- Navigate to your Instagram web profile page. Click on your username to access the drop down menu and choose “Badges”
- Visit Website: instagram.com/accounts/badges
You can create a badge for your account, but make sure you are logged into the account you’d like to link to.
Select the badge you’d like to use, then just copy the code and paste it into your site.
You can also create your own badge, modify slightly the camera design and adapt it to your website “look and feel”
