Our Instagramers Gallery team has selected around twenty Instagram accounts that will be exhibited during 2020. The exhibition consists of more than 200 photos that cover five continents and different kind of styles. It is a permanent exhibition, visited by over thousands of people from all over the world. The Instagramers Gallery is located in the coffee place at the ground floor at the Espacio Fundación Telefónica and visitors can enjoy the exhibition while having a coffee, a snack or something sweet.

Ai Futaki

Ai Futaki nacio en Japón. Es poseedora de dos récords mundiales Guinness de apnea. Es una de las pocas personas en el mundo que nos transmita los esplendores del mar desde varios enfoques. Ai comenzó la natación en competición con tan solo 3 años. Cuando descubrió la apnea, fue como una revelación que le cambió la vida. Para ella, estar en el agua como mamíferos marinos es la mejor forma de mostrar el mundo subacuático.
Ai Futaki, born in Japan, Two Guinness World Record holder of freediving, is one of the very few people in the world who conveys the splendors of the sea to us in various ways. Ai started competitive swimming when she was just 3 years old. When she discovered freediving, it was a life changing revelation for her. Being in the water like marine mammals, it is the best way to express the subaquatic world.

It all started with 12 minutes one way to work and 12 minutes back home in the railway, to express his creativity. Today he has more than 23,000 followers on Instagram. Álvaro Ybarra Zavala es un fotógrafo documentalista español, cineasta, narrador y profesor de fotografía. Se unió a la Agence Vu en 2005 y luego al equipo de fotógrafos de Reportage by Getty Images en 2009.
Publicó cinco libros y exhibió su trabajo internacionalmente, ganando numerosos premios. Hoy es embajador de Leica y responsable de la Leica Gallery y la Leica Akademie Iberia.
Durante los últimos veinte años, ha fotografiado el legado de la guerra, el impacto humano en el medio ambiente, las almas marginadas de nuestra civilización, la producción de alimentos, los movimientos sociales y la identidad en América Latina, tabú y belleza en el amor así como la historia reciente de la migración humana.
Álvaro Ybarra Zavala is a Spanish documentary photographer, filmmaker,
storyteller and photography teacher. He joined Agence Vu in 2005 and the
Reportage by Getty Images roster in 2009.
He published five books and exhibited his work internationally, winning numerous awards. Today he is Leica Ambassador and head of Leica Gallery and Leica Akademie Iberia.
Over the last twenty years, he has created bodies of work photographing topics like the legacy of War, the human impact on the environment and in the wildlife, the marginalized souls of our civilization, food production, the social movement and identity in Latino America, taboo and beauty within love, and the recent history of human migration.

Surge como una heroína del siglo XXI, sin capa ni mallas ajustadas porque sabe que su vestido, cinturón, zapatos, guantes de color beige y un martillo saliendo de su bolso pueden destruir toda la vanidad que le rodea.
Miss Beige, the antiselfie. A multidisciplinary project by actress, journalist and performer Ana Esmith. Born in response to the lack of female heroines not sexualized or reified in the collective imagination. She emerges as a hero of the 21st century, without a cape or tight tights because she knows that her dress, belt, shoes, beige gloves and a hammer always hiding in her bag can destroy all the vanity that surrounds her.

Antonio Sbarra dio sus primeros pasos en fotografía en 2014. Es originario del sur de Italia, pero pasó los últimos 3 años viajando por Japón descubriendo y documentando este increíble país. A pesar de haber cruzado el país varias veces, dice que le quedan muchos lugares increíbles por descubrir. Lo que más le atrae de Japón es su cultura, sus increíbles arquitecturas, templos, santuarios y castillos así como sus increíbles tradiciones.
Antonio Sbarra started with photography in 2014. He comes from the south of Italy, but spent the last 3 years traveling all over Japan discovering and documenting this amazing country. He crossed the country several times, but says that there are still so many amazing places to discover. What he loves the most about Japan is its culture, its incredible architectures such as temples, shrines and castles and its amazing traditions.

Born in Mexico City in 1963, Moises Levy is a lifelong resident there, and works in the city as an established architect. Subsequent travel to Boston, Paris and Venice served to illuminate the unbreakable bond between architecture and its relationship with light. While his career is centred on architecture, he states “I have a preference for street and landscape photography, because it lets me be more organic and flexible than my work as an architect”.

Pietro Cataudella is an Italian illustrator and digital content creator, based in Pisa. His passion for drawing, photography and travel, combined together, saw life during the summer of 2014 with his first sketch: a rough drawing made representing his hometown Marzamemi, a small village in Sicily. He began his career as a graphic designer at Ogilvy & Mather, but by then he was already working as illustrator on the side. Soon after, he decided to devote himself to full-time illustration and soon began working for agencies such as McCann Erickson or Havas Media. In 2017 he moved to Los Angeles, USA, where he began his career as a comic artist. Since then he combines his work as an illustrator with the realisation of the web cartoons of Todopoderosos, Divertidas Consecuencias, Mr. Pú y We Are. Currently he is working on his first graphic novel.

At the beginning of 2018 she made her first steps on television, where she still collaborates with different music and dancing shows. Her channel spreads messages of support among women, the importance of mental health and love for animals.

En cuestión de 6 meses, a Valentí Sanjuan le cambió la vida por completo. Perdió a su madre por un cáncer fulminante, le echaron del trabajo y le dejó la novia. Después de arruinarse y de perderlo todo, encontró en los deportes extremos la única cosa que le ayudaba contra los ataques de ansiedad que sufría por las noches: ahí empezó a correr, a ir en bici y a nadar, participando en Ironmans, Ultramans, Titans Deserts y todo tipo de carreras de ultradistancia por el Mundo. Y lo que empezaba como terapia se convirtió en pasión: a día de hoy, más de un millón de personas siguen sus aventuras en redes sociales.
In a matter of 6 months, Valentí San Juan’s life changed completely. He lost his mother to a fulminating cancer, lost his job and was left by his girlfriend. After being in ruins and having lost everything, he found in extreme sports the only thing that helped him against the anxiety attacks he suffered at night: this was when he started running, cycling and swimming, participating in Ironmans, Ultramans, Titans Deserts and all kind of ultra-distance races around the world. What started as a therapy became a passion: today, more than a million people follow his adventures through his social networks.
