It’s in Venice, one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world, Saturday November the 12Th , the first European Instawalk in Italy.

Instawalk is the international word, coined by the community of Instagram, the free photo app for iphone and ipad, that indicates a themed walk through the city streets, where the attendees take photos, the best at the end of the day get a prize.
.
It happened in Bologna, in Milan, on fashion week, in Madrid, Manila, New York, San Francisco and in many other cities of the world, meeting every time great success. After London, the Instawalk in Venice is the second of the European meetings organised by the air company bmibaby that involves Italy, Germany, Holland and obviously UK.

The rich schedule of the day planned by Instagramers Italy, the most active community in Europe, and ‘Venezia da Vivere’ (Venice to be lived), in order to describe in a new and creative way the city, includes:

11.30 am:
– Gathering at the Rialto Market and start of the Instawalk.
– Tour of the antique market Rialto, of its shops and its taverns and lunch.
– Guided tour of the construction site of the Rialto bridge in renovation and visit to the Doge’s Palace in Piazza San Marco.
– Walk open tour to the Ca’ Rezzonico, ancient noble house, typical example of venetian architecture, now museum of the ‘700.
– Arrival at Campo S. Margherita, wine bar ‘Enoteca Millevini’ (wine bar with thousands wines). Aperitif and award winning of the best pictures of the day tagged on Instagram #miavenezia and #myvenice
At the Instawalk many friends and guest of the international community will join, like the members of Instagramers London aka IG user @igerslondon
Streamcolors, the Creative Workshop of Milan, that will artistically edit the images of the city tagging them with #streamcolorslabs
Veneziadavivere.com, the online magazine that writes about Venice, contemporary city, through the web, the social medias and obviously Instagram, will talk about the city and the event, tagging them #vdvlive
