Your Instagram Pics used as cover for a musician album

.
Born in Barcelona (Spain), Edu Quindós is a musician-singer-songwriter who just released his first solo album, titled “Stay with Me“. He has also been an Instagramer for a while and member of Instagramers Barcelona aka @igersbcn, and has opened an interesting challenge using Instagram and the Instagramers’ photos to promote the album.
.
Edu’s novel concept is very simple: He will select the covers for his 12 songs out of the instagramers’ photos.
.
So, to spark up some interest, Edu invites us all to visit www.eduquindos.com and listen, download and share his full album free of charge.
.
Each song has its own #hashtag, e.g. “#eqrun“, “#eqbright“… Hopefully the songs will inspire your new Instagram photos or help you immortalize your existing ones. You can tag as many photos as you want with your favorite Edu’s songs.
.
In the section called “Concurso Instagram” on www.eduquindos.com you’ll find the rules for the challenge (both in English and Spanish) and also a grid (using instagrid.me) with all the photos tagged with each song.
.
Around June, Edu will select his favorite 12 photos, that will be used as the covers for the songs. So, when uploaded to iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and other stores, any time they are selected, searched for, purchased or listened to, the photo will be displayed.
.
That’s a nice way to start your career as music photograph, isn’t it??
