Instagramers Ravenna Italy joins Instameet global at Area51 Summer Festival

The Area51 Summer Festival

For all innovative music and iPhoneography / instagram fans, the Area51 Summer festival is the Place To Be!

Sun, Sea, Gigs, Tournaments and Instagram challenges all included in one big, great festival. The event will ocurr next Saturday the 28th of July 2012, from 3pm ’til very late at Hana-Bi – Beach 72 – Marina di Ravenna (RA) Italy.

What is Area51 Summer Festival?

Area51 is the first live space radio for all these new musical realities who they’re looking for outstanding artistic sensibilities and innovative content. This year, Area51 Summer Festival meets @IgersRavenna in an exceptional location: the Hana-Bi, Beach 72 – Marina di Ravenna (RA) Italy.

The IgersRavenna Community came from an enthusiast iPhoneographers meeting from Ravenna and surroundings places and with a tight collaboration with Radio Città del Capo and Hana-Bi, finally gave birth to the First #InstaBeach in Romagna.

The eventful program will start on the afternoon with virtual challenges and real tournaments between beach tennis and ping pong fields and table football. (see here below). There will be also a children-dedicated-area: A Baby #instaPark for children from 3 to 10 years old, specifially prepared for the event.

There will be debates with our instagramers, concerts, good music and food. Everything duly posted on Instagram under dedicated hashtags (#). There will be, of course, Live music with the best bands of the last Area 51’s edition, the first live space radio for new musical realities, finding distinct artistic sensibilities and new contents; on air on Città del Capo – Radio metropolitana and on biggest Popular Network radios.

Program of the Aera51 Summer Festival (update 12/07/2012):

From 3pm: Register and “welcome kit” assignment.

From 3,30pm to 6,15pm : Beach tennis, table football and ping pong tournaments with insta-challenges dedicated.

From 6,30pm to 7,30pm: Conference dedicated to Instagram and the instagramers. The open debate will start with the Ravenna Cultural Committee’s Councillor Fabio Sbaraglia.Following the journalist, founder of #editoftheday and instablogger Gianpiero Riva , will talk about his last experience at “Lebanon Media Tour” . @PhilGonzalez coming from Spain. Founder of Instagramers Network and Instagramers.com will be present too.

From 8,00pm to 12,00am – Live Music and Gigs with amazing bands like Sycamore Age, Schonwald, Gli Ebrei, Maya Galattici.

Please note that following @IgersModena ´s idea, part of the benefits will be donate to one of the cities stricken during the recent earthquake of the 20th / 29th of May.
